U24-Small Plastic Melon-Seed Turn Button Clip (Black)

Small Plastic Melon-Seed Turn Button Clip Black – U24 Complete Guide

The Small Plastic Melon-Seed Turn Button Clip Black (SKU: U24) is XKY Framing’s entry into lightweight polymer backing fasteners. Made from ABS plastic, it provides a cost-effective, corrosion-free alternative to metal clips for small picture frames, certificate holders, and display boxes.

Metal clips, while durable, can scratch delicate moulding finishes and add measurable weight to large batches of frames. The U24 Small Plastic Melon-Seed Turn Button Clip Black eliminates both concerns — its smooth ABS surface is gentle on finishes, and its lower density (ABS: 1.05 g/cm³ vs steel: 7.85 g/cm³) keeps overall frame weight minimal.

Total length: 15 mm. Head width: 6 mm. Tail width: 5.5 mm. Hole diameter: 3 mm. Thickness: 1.3 mm. Material: ABS plastic.

Seat small backing board. Align U24’s 3 mm hole over pilot hole. Fasten with M3 screw or small brad nail. Rotate to lock position. The thicker 1.3 mm ABS body provides firm finger grip.

Application Scenarios

U24-Small Plastic Melon-Seed Turn Button Clip (Black) serves gallery, retail, and e-commerce frame assembly where reliable hanging hardware, connectors, and finishing accessories determine customer satisfaction. Installers and production teams specify quantities per frame size and mounting environment (wall, easel, security fixings).

Wholesale buyers and contract framers source these parts for bulk trade packs — consistent plating, thread standards, and carton counts reduce picking errors on fast-moving SKUs. The product suits both workshop stock and export cartons bundled with finished frames.
