Cut-and-Join Automation Backbone
Production-scale systems — modular and expandable
Automate your highest-impact stations first: stack cutting and quad-angle joining. Backing, hanging, and packaging modules expand as your output grows — we help you plan each phase honestly.
Stack cutting + quad-angle joining first. Backing and finishing expand modularly.

How the Cut-and-Join Backbone Runs
Station 1: Cutting
NC600 / NC500 stack cutting for high-throughput profile preparation.
Typical range: 2,000–8,000+ prepared lengths/day (configuration-dependent)
Labor: One operator can supervise multiple cutting stations
Automation: Continuous stack cutting / modular feeding
Station 2: Joining
NN300 quad-angle PLC joining with synchronized nailing.
Speed: Up to ~15 joined frames/minute under ideal conditions
Labor: Low-supervision monitoring
Automation: Quad-angle sync, continuous feed
Station 3: Optional Finishing (modular)
FP100 back-panel support cutting and FP200 dovetail finishing — add when backing workflow is in scope. Hanging and packaging are planned separately.
Throughput: Matched to your chosen finishing scope
Labor: Depends on modules selected
Automation: Modular back-end expansion — not a turnkey full line
Factory Configurations by Daily Output
Configuration A: Cut-and-Join Core
Typical range: 2,000–5,000 joined frames/day
Equipment: NC500 → NN300 (finishing modules optional)
Best for: Factories upgrading cut-and-join first, with room to add finishing later.
Configuration B: High-Volume Cut-and-Join
Typical range: 5,000–10,000+ joined frames/day
Equipment: NC600 → NN300 (+ optional FP100/FP200)
Best for: Large factories prioritizing stack cutting and joining throughput — finishing scoped separately.

XKY Cut-and-Join Backbone
Daily output: 2,000–10,000+ joined frames (configuration-dependent)

Technical FAQ
How should I choose between NC600 and NC500?
NC600 is optimized for stable-shape, ultra-high-volume continuous cutting. NC500 is more flexible for mixed material jobs such as wood, aluminium, and PVC profile cutting.
How many operators are needed for NN300?
NN300 is a PLC-based automatic machine with quad-angle synchronized joining and auto feed support. One operator can supervise multiple machines in a line.
How much floor space does a full line require?
Cut-and-join backbone alone usually needs 80–150 m² with linear infeed → stack cutter → NN300 handoff and service aisles. Optional FP100/FP200 backing zones and a bench hanging/QC station add roughly 20–40 m² when you scope them. We provide free layout planning — see our double miter stack cutter setup guide for footprint inputs.
How should cut, join, and finishing stations flow in a small frame factory?
Plan one-direction material flow: moulding infeed at the stack cutter, cut lengths to a joining cell (NN300 or dual underpinners), then a separate assembly island for glazing and backs. Do not scatter stations — it adds labor and WIP damage. Factory layout planning is included with NC/NN quotes; we do not publish a separate layout guide URL.
Can we buy part of the line first and expand later?
Yes. Start with NC500 or NC600 + NN300 for cut-and-join. Add FP100/FP200 when backing is in scope, and plan hanging/packaging separately as volume grows.
How is overseas installation and after-sales support handled?
All equipment uses heavy-duty fumigation-free export crates. Engineers provide 1-on-1 remote commissioning support, and key electric components are sourced from globally available suppliers.
