Standard schedule
- 30% deposit — order confirmed, production begins.
- Shipment — machine dispatched, bill of lading issued by carrier.
- 70% balance — due upon receipt of B/L copy (sent by email before balance is requested).
No hidden fees. Bank charges outside China are borne by the buyer.

- Port of loading: Yiwu (primary) · Guangdong (available)
- Incoterms: EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP
- Methods: sea freight, air freight, DHL / FedEx
- Packaging: standard wooden crate on all machines; OEM branding available on request

- Custom configurations and bulk orders: lead time confirmed in the proforma invoice
- Machine MOQ: 1 unit
- Spare parts MOQ: 100 pieces per SKU
Warranty & after-sales
- Core components: two-year warranty
- Final coverage, exclusions, and service terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice or sales contract.
CE certified — all models. Compliant with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Certificate available on request for customs clearance.
