Aluminium Corner Crimping Machine MM200

MM200 Aluminium Corner Crimping Machine for Windows & Frames

SKU: MM200

Product Overview: The Standard for Aluminium Assembly

For aluminium profile joining, nails and glue are not enough. The MM200 Corner Crimping Machine uses a powerful pneumatic/hydraulic linkage to physically crimp (deform) the profile into a corner key, creating a permanent, structural bond. Whether you are producing slim photo frames or heavy industrial solar borders, this machine ensures a rock-solid 90° joint.

Core Features: Industrial Rigidity & Speed

01. Rigid HT300 Cast Iron Frame
Precision crimping requires stability. The MM200 is built with a truss-reinforced HT300 cast iron base. This heavy-duty construction keeps static deformation below 0.02mm, ensuring that every corner is perfectly aligned even under high pressure.
02. Quick-Change Tooling Module
Efficiency is key. The standardized tooling interface allows operators to switch between different profile shapes in just 3 minutes. It is compatible with profile dimensions ranging from 3mm to 80mm.
03. Quad-Directional Locking Power
Utilizes a synchronized multi-point crimping head that applies force precisely where the corner code sits. This ensures the mitered edges are pulled tightly together, eliminating unsightly gaps in the metal joint.
04. Multi-Industry Application
While perfect for picture frames, its robust design makes it equally suitable for manufacturing aluminium windows, doors, and photovoltaic (solar) panel frames, offering a high ROI for diverse workshops.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can this machine join wood frames?
A: No. The MM200 is specifically designed for Aluminium profiles that use internal corner keys (corner codes). For wood frames, please use our NN Series (V-Nailers) or MM100 (Glue Joiner).
Q: What is “Crimping”?
A: Crimping is a cold-forming process where the machine’s punching heads press the aluminium profile wall into the grooves of an internal corner bracket. This creates a mechanical lock that is incredibly strong and durable.
Q: Do I need custom tooling for different profiles?
A: The machine comes with adjustable crimping knives. However, for radically different profile shapes (e.g., changing from a flat photo frame to a complex window sash), the Quick-Change Module allows you to swap setups in minutes.
