Correctly sized from resilient red polyurethane, it holds the moulding corner firmly in position throughout the nailing cycle without marking or damaging any frame finish.

Outer face: 50mm x 50mm. Total base length: 70mm. Inner notch: 30mm x 30mm. Height: 19mm. The L-shape geometry cradles two faces of the moulding corner simultaneously, preventing the frame from rotating or shifting as the V-nail is driven.
Polyurethane Construction
Red polyurethane provides the ideal balance of hardness and surface compliance for the Rubber Pressing Block for Tabletop Corner Nailing Machine L-Shape. It is harder than foam or natural rubber yet soft enough to prevent surface damage to delicate moulding finishes.
Compatibility Note
This block is designed for tabletop corner nailing machines (台式钉角机). NOT compatible with CNC corner nailer clamping arms. For CNC machines, order NN17.

Replace when the inner notch edges show deformation, when the block face has developed a surface glaze, or when any cracking is visible.
